Great show John! I was moved. You are the Dr. Phil of podcasting. 🙂

  2. John Ong

    Oh Archerr. Thank you.
I didn’t really do much. I’m just so thankful that Kay is willing to share such personal stories with me and the listeners.

    Hi Kay,

I hope this finds you well. Things will get better. My breakup was under different circumstances, but all breakups are difficult. For myself I thought that my EX-BF was not good for me and I was not good for him. Changes in your life takes time to adjust and get used to. You won’t feel this bad forever. Things can only get better 🙂

    Hugs,
    VJ

Love the show, as usual John. 🙂

Any plans for a live show? I know you have a lot of pre-recorded shows you did, but we wanna know how you are doing.

BTW….I am a step closer to a podcast….I bought a domain name. Will give Ongline listeners first dibs on the news when it starts.

    John,

What an amazing show. Kay is so strong for coming on the show. I am in awe of both of you.

I plugged you both heavily on my show today. Anyone who isn’t listening to your show is missing out on the best podcast on the ‘net.

    hi Kay

Jia You! Its painful but its part of the process to be stronger, just look at this as a lesson learnt to be a better person and whatever we’ve been through, we touched someone’s life and its during this process that we experience love, pain, sorrow and happiness. This is what life is all about, to learn, to grow and to triumph over our own shortcomings.

I know the pain as i went through my breakup a few months ago, but i know i will survive and be a stronger person as you will too ! Dont be despair!

Kay, I can’t “Thank you” enough for letting John’s listener’s hear your story. I was referred to John’s podcast from OHMYPOD and I started listening at #149. Already I _love_ John’s show but especially after listening to #150, there just aren’t really words for what I’m feeling right now. It makes me feel wonderful inside to hear the love that one man has for another (meaning, Kay’s love for Jay. And for Kay to open up to John’s listener’s like he did really meant a LOT to me.

I felt the advice that John gave to Kay was very good, in that what John said is _very_ true; nothing anyone says will ease or take away the pain of breaking up. Only time can heal the pain you’re feeling and while it may seem like eternity, it won’t be and as John stated, it _will_ go away.

I look forward to listening to as many previous shows as I possibly can on John’s site and I look forward to becoming a regular listener.

John, you sound like an absolute _wonderful_ fella!

    Sincerely,
    Scott in Georgia

    Hi everyone,

Thanks for the warm greetings. I feel much better now compared to the first few weeks. I can’t deny that I still feel the pain and heartache but really, I do miss Jay alot. Time is the best healer, everyone says so. If it’s not for the support/advice I get, I don’t think I would have the courage to speak up. And thank you John for inviting me to share my stories. I’ve many more to share and if John allows, I’d be glad to talk again.

    Kay

Kay, I’d love to have you back for sure. And I know your generous sharing of your story will be a source of inspiration and strength for a lot of us. Thanks!

    Hi Kay,

For a while I have been searching for the truth.. your breakup couldnt have happened at a time where getting online seemed so impossible for me even in this developed Singapore..

And when I finally do, it saddened me a lot to hear about it.. Jay didnt tell me much except that you two are still very close at heart.. But is that so?

Thanks Kay for letting out.. and please know that the pain will eventually go away as you go about with your life with his image less and less vivid in your memory.. Cherishing is one, but to hold on is another.. Nobody said a breakup is easy, but make the best out of it and you’d just never know if someone out there, whom you never expect him to be, might just turn out to be the rignt one, right there waiting for you..

I might be only 23, but I think I’ve seen a lot having come out when I was only 15.. you could have read my blog before (as I wasnt quite sure whether was it Jay or you whom I used to talk to..)

    Hi John,

In my quest to find out more about Jay and Kay, I chanced upon your podcast and I must admit, it is a very good one, especially now that you got Kay to open up and shed some light as to what happened between them.

I want to know because I care enough to know and more so their breakup happened at a time where I was totally out of touch..

I do hope you can have Kay to tell us more about what really happned in the months of March-April that led to the breakup..

FYI, I am a 23year old currently in Singapore.. Shall return to KL in about a week’s time..

  12. John Ong

Eric, sorry I missed your comment. You realize that this is a passed episode, and I have neglected to see the comments that came in. Thanks for sharing your story. I’d be more than happy to have you on the show, if you’d like to share your story.

  13. Eric

Yes, I certainly do not expect a reply from you as it is a long-time passed episode, but since I just stumbled upoh it, so I might just as well leave a comment then.

Well, I am more than glad to share my story but I will only do so with the consent and knowledge of my boyfriend. Like I have mentioned in my blog, I will start a new blog soon and it is inspired by Jay and Kay and it will be the story of both my boyfriend and I – our journey.

At the meantime, keep up the good job and Im listening always.. 🙂
