Greg B and Nick, I think Mr. Who was off to the side while we were waiting for the subway and I decided to squat next to him till it arrived. Then Pinoboy was like look, it’s the Asian squat! And we all started squatting. lol. Thanks for the kiss! That John delivered to from you
The gal on Mahalo Daily videocast interviewed a yoga instructor who teaches the Asian Squat (although I don’t know she called it that). It is defined as one of the most harmonious positions for the human body and cures a lot of ills. As usual the Asian cultures are way ahead of everyone else.
