Susie Orman said we should all be able to refinance our home loans at a lower rate of interest. So many if not most of us will benefit from the Obama foreclosure program. If your neighbor's home is foreclosed it lowers the value of your home. So we all benefit from the program. The only ones who are likely to complain about this program are those rich bastards who own several homes like John McCain. His ass won't be helped and he doesn't need any help anyway. The poor and the middle class has been screwed long enough by rich people and it is about time that someone in a position of power helps us. That's my opinion. I'll shut up now.

I hava life insurance policy. It is divided between my brother, two sisters and Jeremy. I had a will drawn awhile back when Steve was still my best friend. I destroyed it when Steve abandoned me. I do need a will to make my wishes known about the disposition of my house. I was going to give my house (which is paid off by my life insurance policy upon my death) to Steve provided he allow Jeremy to live there and provided Steve use some of the money I was going to leave him to take care of Jeremy. But Steve did his number and so I destroyed the will. Steve gets nothing. I don't know what to do with my home now. Maybe if I could find a companion. Someone who would move in with me and keep me company. I would give it to him. But that's not likely to happen. So I'll likely give it to my brother and sisters to sell and divide the proceeds between themselves. I worry so much about Jeremy. I'd give it all to him if I thought his money grubbing family would use it to provide for his needs. I don't trust them. I trusted Steve until he stopped being my best friend. I guess I'm to big a burden. Thanks for the advise John. I don't watch Susie Orman, but she seems cool.
