If you are gay, a lesbian, a bisexual, a transgender individual who lives in the United States of America and:

if you’re in love with someone whose nationality isn’t an American;
if you are not an American, and are in love with an American;
if you are a transgender person;
if you are HIV positive, gay or straight;
if you know someone who is in one of the situations above
