UPDATE: In case you are as codependent as I am. Steve is home safe.

For the first time, Steve and I talked about my weight loss and what I have been doing to add exercise to my weekly routine.
Less Plump

Steve and I had a wonderful time together in Kansas City. We get to spend two weekends together. Thank you Steve, for everything.

Congratulations on your weight loss. That’s great! I hope to lose some this summer. Steve is such a good friend.

  2. John Ong

Archerr, thanks. Steve IS a very good friend.

  3. Nick Thomas

Was very nice listening to the two of you converse. OMG, I’m reminded (from your talk) how I’m spending 45 dollars a month for a Gold’s Gym membership I do not use! That is absolutely insane. So now that I’m moving to Pelham maybe I can convince Gold’s it’s just to far for me to drive? N e way, I just love Steve’s accent. Good to know you two have developed such a good friendship.

Just got to the part where you were talking about your self image of yourself John. John you are a lovely guy. And I for one think you are CUTE! And you have something most CUTE people lack . . . you are also a sweet loving guy. And even though I’m here in Birmingham, Alabama I feel close to you. That closeness is because you are you.

  5. John Ong

Thank Nick. I treasure Steve’s friendship A LOT.
And Nick, you’re so sweet for saying all the nice things. I appreciate them.

I declare you, John Ong, u r no longer be fat! You are skinny and very attractive ! 🙂

  7. yobosensei

You look fine to me. I don’t think you’re over weight.

  8. John Ong

Yobosensei, I was plumper. I’ve achieved quite a bit, yet still have quite a bit to go. My first time trying to aim for physical fitness. I am not aiming for a gorgeous body. Just fitter than what I’ve been the last 33 years. 🙂
