   Hey John,

   Great pictures of you all. You really look good with your weight loss. I was going back and looking at the pictures of when you were here in Seattle for the cruise with your parents and although I don’t think you looked fat in any way even then, you definitely can see the difference now in your face and around the your chin.

   I really love the pictures of all of you looking at the paiting in the museum and the ones of PinoyBoy with the tiara are just too fabulous.

   Thanks Jeb. Very nice to hear from you. I think comparing with last September it really shows. I did lose 21 lbs since then. It better shows. Otherwise you’d hear me bitch about it on my podcast or blog.

   Manet 2 Matisse!! I think its a travelling show that came to Australia some time back. Impressionism/post impressionism has a lot to answer for… I’m very post-modern!

   John – the Moulin Rouge thing is not working for me!!! You’ve lost so much weight – just don’t go all Nicole Richie on us! I prefer something to grab on to….

   Hadi, I love your detailed comments. I hope the boys read them. In fact, I’ll make sure that they get them.

   You’re right with the Monet piece. I don’t know the rest. But it sounded good! So yes, why not.

   I won’t be too skinny. I’ve got a lot more to firm up.
   And there is always THAT to hang on to, if you know what I mean 😉
   Plus, hopefully in about a year there’ll be some muscles to hang on to. :p
