This is the time. I have been trying to force it for too long. The beans are spilled. Intellectually uninspired. Back when I have stuff to share. Thanks for your support.
Hi John! You are suffering from burn out. We all get that at some point in our lives. Yeah, take some time off. Bitching is a good way to get it off your system and I understand what your are going through. After a break most likely you will get your rhythm back and you would have gathered more experiences to share and be inspired to get into the groove again. How about inviting guests (maybe limited to one or two per show) when there are specific issues to share/discuss so that you won’t have to talk alone all the time. By the way, I enjoy your other podcast as well – PGHK. You are always so cheerful, funny and full of zest on that show. Take care, John.
You need a break girl! I will definitely miss your podcast but your peace is more important than anything else. You will know when you’re ready to get back and you will know when you don’t.
I remembered when Archerr was in the same boat as you are in now, he took a break and went back to podcast again after a short while, although this time not as regular as it used to be. Maybe you just need to restart, give it a rest, hit the reset button, revitalize and boom, you’ll make your decision by then.
Anyway, thank you for sharing but hopefully you won’t quit. Meanwhile, enjoy your break and have fun.
Perhaps you do need a hiatus or cut down your pod-casts’ frequency or just come out with a pod-cast whenever you feel like it or maybe a guest co-host would take off some of the burden of finding things to talk about on your own. However, I do have to say I’d listen even if it were just you and Chai arguing about dinner. 🙂
Thank you Phong Hong, JayCee and Marco Channing. It is you that I podcast. I just hate to disappoint. But I think you’re all right. I am burnt out. I’ll take the time off to recuperate. But I shall be back. Thanks for all your support.
Take all the time you need. I will certainly miss your podcasts, as I always find them interesting and engaging.

John,
I hear the frustration in your voice. Why continue doing something that you no longer enjoy. I would hate to see the end of this podcast but sometimes doors must close so that others may open. . . Just something to think about.
