Through one of my listeners in Penang, I was introduced to this fascinating, smart, and interesting author from Singapore. She was born in Penang (my hometown) and is currently living in Singapore. She has some interesting stories to share and is such a great storyteller. I hope you’ll enjoy our chat as much as we did.
If you are interested in purchasing Joan’s books. Please email her at ffjoan [at] gmail [dot] com. Or send me an email, and I’ll forward that over to her.
Great giving you an interview, John. It was a wonderful culmination to visiting Penang again to “meet” someone with the same nostalgia over the island. Thanks once again!
Sifu, I am still loving with your podcast and this kind web. You’re the great one. Take care. Peace
Thank you. You’re very sweet. Do you get to work on any podcast lately?
I sense that Joan likes Star Sapphire better than Relatively Speaking, because the book is focused on her creativity (that is being honored), instead of the public interest in his dad and his connection. But where can we get a copy of her Star Saphire book? It is no where to be found?
I’m starting to focus in my study this year, when i’m free , i’ll get into it for sure
John…as I mentioned in my voicemail message, it was so nice to hear your first interview with Joan. While I completely enjoy listening to your personal journal entries, it’s so nice to hear you do an interview. Keep smiling (you can hear it in your voice!).
Joyce, you can get a copy of my book from me. Just email me at ffjoan(at)gmail(dot)com, and tell me your address and I’ll tell you how much it costs and send you a copy. Thank you for your interest.
