Please take action now to get ENDA (Employment Non-discrimination Act) passed that includes EVERYONE.
The transgender community is being left out of ENDA initially. But on Monday 10/7/2007, the action to substitute the bill so that “gender identity” is not part of ENDA will be postponed.
