Hi all. I’m still struggling with getting 15 push-ups, yes, on my knees. I can only do about 10 right now. So, for the last 2 days, I have been doing 10 and 5. At least my arms are not falling apart now after the push-ups.
There will not be any new “From Fat to Fab” episode this week. But, there’ll be one next week. Sorry for the confusion. I’ll explain more on tomorrow’s show.
And keep doing your 15-Push-Up routine. I can only do like 3 actual push-ups. This is hard, I’m also heavy. Hell! But, keep doing. I’m still fat as hell. No weight loss. But at least I’m working on exercising. Hope you are too.
