Very touching stories abourt your Mother. From listening to you, she did a great job raising you. I have no doubt she is proud of you.

Podcamp – Not sure if I can make it for the Friday pre-reception on time, but it looks like everything is good for me to attend.

UAFA – unless this is tucked away in a bill somewhere – Bush will veto it and there won’t be a 2/3 majority to override. Need a Democrat in ’08!

My mum was a proud and strong woman (mentally)…I remembered. She was not one to beg for anything. It has been 10 years now since she left us. One thing though that I will always remember was how she’d always have a chocolate roll in the house during the weekends and her fascination with fried chicken wings when the grandchildren were around. I have grown a fondness to both.

I recommend totally spoiling your mum if you still have one coz they’re irreplaceable.

UAFA – We’er pretty lucky in Australia. I am part of a co-dependent team and though legally we have yet to receive marriage status, we gather that a will is as legal as we can get if something ever happened to us. The process took 5 years to come to fruition so it is a battle for the relationship particularly.

My advice is keep fighting the good fight!
    Change will happen.
