Could you mean hearts of palm? Poor little palm trees, but oh…so good, lol!
I’m not sure about this twitter thing. Can it be better than Flikr for your foodie photos? I’ll check it out this week.

Good to hear you’re doing well now and back to your normal mode.

Wow, that Mexican food made me drool and crave for it. So today, I went to Rubio’s (Mexican Restaurant) for my lunch – wish I could cook but unfortunately I need to stay more in the kitchen to learn cooking (or maybe take some short courses) – I will definitely try, even at least once, coz’ I need to impress my boyfriend one of these days :-) – or better yet, just dine out.

Yes, I can hear the grape pop inside your mouth and as you chew on it, very good and clear audio (and the toilet flushing… did you really just pee or something else….just kidding).

I know a lot of gay people want to be married with the person they love but in your case, what will be your purpose of getting married in some other State when your own State does not recognize it? Wouldn’t it be a waste of time traveling to Iowa? – it’s not that I am opposing you to get married with Bruce, don’t get me wrong on that but what I am concerned about is the main purpose of getting married – equal right…to property, etc. just like the rights that the heterosexual marriage have. What’s the sense of having that “piece of paper”, for lack of the right term, if you can’t use it in Kansas? Isn’t domestic partnership a better alternative (is domestic partnership recognize in Kansas?), for now, until marriage is legal in Kansas or in those States that marriage isn’t legal yet? I wish to be married too in the future but unless same sex marriage is not legal and recognized in the State where I live in, then it’s either a recourse on domestic partnership or do nothing – just like you said your relationship with Bruce is greater and more than being married to him. Lastly, if you truly want to have that symbolic ritual of marriage in your relationship then getting married (in Iowa) will suffice that bond, GO FOR IT GIRL!!!. I wish you two endless years of happiness.

I just hope that one day in my lifetime that same sex marriage will just be as normal as marriage between a man and a woman.

    Have a great week.
