“Curi” means steal. I found a spot where I can get online AND will be able to get power for my computer to kill 3 hours.

No such luck in Burma John. If I ever Curi anything in Burma, I’d probably be shot on site and they’d barbeque the meat for good luck…..
Good to hear that you’re on your way back.
Hadi, are you in Burma?
Curi? I thought they put those power points there (always uncovered & sometimes at clearly seen places) for travelers like us to use!
Hi Hadi, I’m just saying it. They do have power for the area. But I just couldn’t find the outlets. Plus, that’s where I could get good wifi.
Baboon Leong, nice talking to you online.
Kopi Pek, are you a traveler too? Looking at your name, you’re probably coming from Penang Hokkien.
Hi John, yup from PGHK, new listener. I have to do a little traveling for my work and since I am living in Penang, I have to transit somewhere most of the time. So to kill time, like u I will park myself beside a power socket near a free wifi source……..
Baboon Leong – just came back from Burma. It was hard not having internet connection apart from the hotels but they were good enough to route me into a site that I could still email…very hush hush…
If you are interested in Burma, you must go soon…it is getting too industrialised and soon all the nostalgia will be gone including the gula-gula tarik….
Yes John, curi power is the best – everyone seems to accidentally want to plug their charger into any socket these days. Puns intended!!!
