Along with over 300 people, I attended the Kansas City’s own Fight the H8 rally. I chatted with many people and asking them why was it important that they are out there in the cold to be in this rally.

This will be one of the top issues of my life to fight for the right that was taken away from me simply because I’m gay. Yes, this is personal. You won’t stop hearing from me.

Fight the H8 in Kansas City

Fight H8 Rally in Kansas City

I have to apologize to my Penang Hokkien listeners and guests for having to cancel a session of my recording scheduled for tomorrow.

I will be attending the?Ǭ†Fight H8 Rally in Kansas City. The rally will go on simultaneously in many different cities to protest against the passage of Proposition 8 in California.

I hope to be able to be there with my recorder as well.

(I feel like I’m coming down with a cold, I hope I can make it still)

Bishop Finn is an asshole. Here’s why.

Some of you saw my tweet on Election night. I said that my?Ǭ†the Kansas City bishop, Robert Finn, is an asshole. Well, here’s why.

Shouldn’t the government be taxing the Catholic church, at least the Kansas City diocese for using fear to force Catholics to vote for a certain candidate (or his sly way of scaring Catholics to NOT vote for Obama). I think my?Ǭ†catechism?Ǭ†class also taught me that God speaks to me through conscience.?Ǭ†

I don’t know how Bishop Finn and many others out there can preach “love”?Ǭ†bigotry in the name of God. If they would only listen to their conscience.?Ǭ†

With Proposition 8 in California passing, another act of discrimination is institutionalized, I feel like my living my life as a proud gay man is even more crucial than ever.

See you soon

Many of you may have realized that this website has been very unstable. I am aware of that. I am working closely with my hosting company to move my web server to a newer and hopefully more stable one. The only tricky part is, it’s so new, it may have some issues of its own. But I was told that it’ll definitely be better than the server I’m on now.

Please be patient. This may take days, or weeks, and hopefully not months. I hope this message gets to you.

I hope to see you soon with a better and more stable server.

Watching it closely

I’m watching the election results closely and carefully. It does look quite good right now. I’m getting closer to start my process of becoming an American. But am also hoping that my home state Missouri would carry Obama into the White House.

I’m still watching…

I hope I have more positive things to blog in the next few hours.

Vote!

I hope I will have the right to vote on the next election.

So proud of all the voters out there. And honestly I don’t even care who you’re voting for.
